Beate Chelette, Founder of the Women’s Code – 009

I love this episode of Extraordinary Women Radio! Beate Chelette certainly fits the category of a wildly successful woman on today’s episode of – in fact, she was recently named “One of 50 Must-Follow Women Entrepreneures in 2017” by Huffington Post!  Beate Chelette is the Growth Architect and a results-oriented businesswoman with  an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in growing, building and scaling women’s businesses.

In our interview, Beate  shares the story of courageously reaching out to the President of the United States – breaking out of 135,000 in debt as a single mother – and then eventually selling her business to a global entertainment media company owned by Bill Gates in a multi-million dollar deal. Her wisdom and business savvy will inspire and uplift!

We talk about how to how to “know when to change things, stay put or move on…” and go deep into the importance of “happy in our lives!”

Beate has a deep commitment to supporting women. She is the creator of The Women’s Code, the fourth step of Growth Architecture and her revolutionary system designed to Support Balanced Leadership in organizations such as Merck and the Association for Corporate Growth, and for women who want tools on coping, collaborating and leading in their careers.

She is a respected speaker and mentor and is the author of the book Happy Woman Happy World: How to Go From Overwhelmed to Awesome, a book that corporate trainer and best-selling author Brian Tracy calls “a handbook for every woman who wants health, success and a fulfilling career.”
