A Little Bit About Me...
- Travel is my happy place. I’ve visited 142 destinations in 13 countries. (yes, there’s an app for that!) Favorites? Tibet spoke to my soul and Italy spoke to my heart.
- I was practically born on a horse. Horses have been a part of my life since I was a baby, and I spend time every day with my three—because life’s better with a little horse magic.
- I met my forever love at 44. After plenty of solo adventures, I found my husband later in life. Best things really do come to those who wait!
- Proud momma moment: My son lives on the Oregon Coast running a 7-figure hardwood flooring business—but it’s his balanced, adventurous life that makes me most proud. He surfs, helicopter snowboards, and travels the world.
- I’ve summitted Colorado 14ers a dozen times. These days, though, I prefer a quiet, peaceful stroll through the woods—it’s better for the soul (and the knees).
- Captain in training! I’m learning to captain a 40′ power boat. However, my husband and I spend most of our summers cruising on our smaller lake boat—listening to classic rock, soaking up the sun, and playing in the water.
- I grew up wild and free. Riding horses through fields, making mud pies in ponds, and flattening pennies on railroad tracks—that’s how you do childhood on the plains of Colorado.
- I’m the best auntie ever. No really, just ask my nieces and nephews.
- Nature feeds my soul. Mountains, lakes, and especially the ocean, I always feel my best outside.
- Music fuels my spirit. Give me a good concert, my husband by my side, and I’m in heaven.
- Yes, I talk to animals. And yes, they talk back.

As the founder of Extraordinary Women Ignite, one of the longest-running conferences for women entrepreneurs, and host of Extraordinary Women Radio, one of the most influential podcasts in the space, I’ve helped thousands of women entrepreneurs amplify their voices, elevate their businesses, and fall back in love with what they do. My work has inspired a movement of bold, soulful leaders who are transforming industries and leading with purpose.
Before stepping into my own business, I spent over two decades as a corporate executive, leading global brands and spearheading high-impact marketing strategies. I worked at the forefront of building thought leadership platforms and developing brand strategies that expanded influence on a global scale. As part of that work, I led executive programs that elevated over 150 corporate leaders, helping them grow their visibility, build influence, and expand their reach.
