Paula Friedland
Paula Friedland brings over 24 years of experience as a counselor, certified coach, facilitator and speaker. Her work with individuals and groups is centered around helping people create lives that are meaningful, fulfilling, and aligned with what truly matters to them.
A specialist in overcoming public speaking fears, Paula has developed a unique, humanistic program called, Soul Speaks™. This transformational approach allows individuals to find their authentic voices and become powerful, genuine speakers in all areas of life. Paula combines her background in theater—having spent 13 years as an actress and singer in New York City—with her expertise in counseling and coaching to bring creativity, passion, depth and humor to all of her work with clients. Her mission lies in creating a movement of greater, deeper, freer self-expression.
Her Soul Speaks™ method, co-founded with Lizanne Corbit, has helped countless individuals over the last 20+ years, move beyond fear, unlock their voices, and speak in a way they never dreamed possible. Paula was a Top Three Finalist in the 2023 North American Greatest Speaker Competition.
