Environment: I am committed to reducing my environmental impact on the world, and have taken active measures to reduce printed material in my conferences and have the Windsource Program from our energy provider in my home and home office.

I believe in the power of lifting others as we rise. That’s why I dedicate 5% of my profits to causes that align with my mission to #RaiseUP women and communities in need. Through contributions of time, talent, and treasure, I support organizations creating lasting change.
One cause especially close to my heart is Hands of the Carpenter, an organization providing reliable cars and essential services to single mothers in need. At the Extraordinary Women Ignite Conference, our attendees have raised over $20,000 in 2022, 2023, and 2024, granting three single mothers the freedom and security of reliable transportation.
