I spent last week in Dallas for the eWomen Network ICON International Conference.

By lunchtime on my first day there, I had already caught up with good friends. That evening, I joined several more at our favorite Dallas restaurant group, Asian Mint, owned by fellow eWomen Network member Nikky Phinyawatana.
It’s become a ritual for us over the years. And if you’re ever in Dallas, I highly recommend you find your way to one of Nikky’s restaurants. The food, the atmosphere, and the joy she infuses into every detail make it unforgettable.
I’ve been a member of eWomen Network since 2018, and in that time I’ve built a sisterhood of women who have shaped not only my business but my life. Year after year, I’ve found myself in rooms here with women doing extraordinary things: visionaries, leaders, and entrepreneurs whose work is making a difference in the world.
eWomen’s CEO and founder, Sandra Yancey, has held a vision to help one million women reach one million dollars in business, something less than 1.7% of women entrepreneurs achieve. It’s been so fun to watch her Million Dollar Women stage grow exponentially each year. I celebrated my client Dr. Lee Weisbard of Weisbard Dental, on that stage, and I often found myself sitting between multiple women who were in that top 1.7%. It’s inspiring.
Over the years, we have swapped ideas over coffee, shared the real behind-the-scenes stories of running a business, celebrated each other’s wins, and offered a hand when things felt heavy.
And of course, there’s the learning. Those powerful moments when a single idea, strategy, or insight lands in just the right way, and you know it will change something in your business. Conferences like this are rare spaces where we get to step away from the day-to-day in our business and focus on our business… to breathe, to dream, to reimagine what’s next.
It’s a reminder that we aren’t meant to do this alone.
That showing up for each other is one of the greatest investments we can make.
And that is when we gather in intentional community, our work expands in ways we could not have imagined.
As we step into this season of rising voices and unapologetic leadership, I can’t help but think about the spaces where real change is sparked. That’s the heart of the Extraordinary Women Ignite Conference.
This November will be our 11th year gathering women entrepreneurs who are growing their businesses with impact, wisdom, and fire.
Spending last week in Dallas reminded me that even in the messiness of these times, possibility is everywhere. When women come together in community, we rise above the noise and reconnect with hope, vision, and courage.
And that is what feels so alive for me right now. I believe the world is hungry for more women’s voices, ideas, and leadership. I see so many women rising, and I believe this is our time… to step into visibility, to speak truth, and to grow businesses that truly change lives.
Ignite is three days to step away from the noise and distractions of your daily work and give yourself the gift of working on your business. It’s where you will:
- Learn from inspiring voices and walk away with strategies you can put into action right away.
- Claim dedicated time to reimagine your vision for impact, prosperity, and joy.
- Surround yourself with women who will champion you, challenge you, and remind you what’s possible.
Here’s what happens when women come together in this kind of space:
Barb Brown describes Ignite as the place she returns to each year to “recharge, to be reminded of the magic we’re all creating, and to walk alongside women who lift each other up.” That kind of connection fuels not just her business, but her spirit.
Ruth Kent calls Ignite her sacred annual ritual. “It’s my space to recap, renew, and reassess so I can move forward with intention. I go to give and receive, and I’ve never been let down.” For her, it’s both a safe harbor and a catalyst, filled with inspiration from the stage and encouragement from the women in the room.
For Viveka von Rosen, it’s the people that keep her coming back year after year. “The vibrant energy and shared purpose of the speakers and participants is always incredibly inspiring. Being in a room filled with accomplished women who are driven to elevate their voices has really resonated with my own mission of reinvention.”
If you’ve been feeling that knowing, that it’s time to share your voice more boldly, to grow your business in alignment with your deepest purpose, this is your room.
Early Bird tickets are available through September 1st.
