THE WORLD IS ASKING MORE OF US
The women I work with are stepping into 2026 with a powerful sense of readiness, and I am right there with them. This year carries a different kind of energy. It calls for growth, prosperity, and expansion that honors the whole of our lives. I am building my business with this intention, and I see so many of you doing the same. If you are reading this, you likely feel that same momentum rising within you.
And yet, we are doing business in a time that feels urgent and unsettling, with tension and real human consequences unfolding around us. That reality ignites my own fire. It strengthens my unwillingness to separate myself into buckets: personal here, business there, voice over there. I am not interested in compartmentalizing who I am. The times we are living in ask us to be whole, to bring our wisdom forward, and to lead from the center of our work and our lives.
It has me asking a very real question of myself: How am I called to lead, to uplift, and to use my work for meaningful impact? I believe more than ever that women’s leadership is needed. Not someday, but now.
I know how I am being called. I am here to raise up the voices and visibility of women entrepreneurs who are leading movements that matter. This is the work I was born for.

THE WOMAN YOU ARE RISING INTO
A rising year asks us to name the woman we are rising into. And for women entrepreneurs, that question has always been bigger than business. There is a threshold moment – when identity meets impact, when desire meets voice – and when the world around us makes the work we do feel both more necessary and more alive.
A rising year sees the woman you already are, and asks how boldly you are willing to build from her.
WHAT THIS YEAR IS ASKING OF US
A rising year asks you to articulate what you want to be known for and why that matters. It asks you to consider how your voice shapes your impact. Your clients are drawn to you when you speak with conviction, clarity, and presence.
And before you decide what to do next, ask yourself: what is the world asking of me, and what am I willing to bring forward? Where does my work intersect with the times we are living in? These questions matter for those of us who are building businesses with meaning and influence.
A rising year asks you to pay attention to your ecosystem. Who you learn with, who you collaborate with, and who you surround yourself with matters. Women are moving away from doing business alone and shifting toward communities that make growth feel more possible. Collaboration has become a strategy.
A rising year asks you to be honest about what season of business you are in. Are you refining, scaling, rebuilding, or preparing for a leap? The path forward only makes sense when you honor where you are standing today. The market rewards women who build with intention.
A rising year asks for radical self care. To rise in business is to care for the physical, emotional, and energetic container that carries the work. Women who are leading movements cannot compromise their vitality. Radical self care is not optional for women who choose to lead. It is part of the work.
Most of all, a rising year requires visibility. If your business is meant for bigger work, bigger clients, or bigger impact, it will not happen quietly. Clients find you through voice, message, and presence. Influence comes from being seen.
So, as you look at 2026, consider: Where am I ready to be more visible? Where am I ready to claim more prosperity? Where am I ready to lead instead of manage? Where am I ready to stop waiting?
IF YOU’RE FEELING THE CALL
A rising year is a year of opportunity.
For the women who answer the calling, the moment is now.
If you feel called to do your work at a bigger level this year, listen to that. Many women are feeling it. The next era of growth for women entrepreneurs will be shaped by those who are willing to be seen, willing to bravely speak their ideas into the world, and willing to build prosperous businesses that support a meaningful life.
I am honored to be leading a circle of changemaker women who are rising into bigger impact and visibility this year. Women who are building work that matters and are no longer interested in playing small. If that feels like you, let’s talk. You belong in that circle.
