When I’m sitting down to write each week, I’m often pulling from conversations I’ve had or experiences I’m witnessing unfold around me. There’s so much richness in the dialogue I get to be part of—clients in motion, stories being rewritten, women rising into a new way of leading. Those conversations give me plenty of fodder.
But once in a while, when I’m not sure what wants to come through, I’ll turn to one of my many oracle decks and ask a simple question: What does my community need right now?
Last month, I pulled from the Sacred Rebels Oracle by Alana Fairchild. The card that came forward was Inner Trust. I set it aside and wrote about something else.
A couple of weeks later, I felt called to draw again. This time the card was Trust Yourself. It caught my attention, but once again, I went another direction.
And then just this week, I shuffled the deck first, then asked the same question—and there it was again. Trust Yourself. For the second time in two weeks. A third nudge in a month. A louder whisper.
Okay, I’m listening.
And maybe this message isn’t just for me. Maybe it’s for you, too.
What if the moment you’re in doesn’t need more effort or planning, but deeper trust?
The card reminds us that we are growing, even when it doesn’t look like it on the outside. That there’s a natural intelligence moving through us—just like the acorn underground, gathering strength long before it breaks the surface. We can’t always see it, but that doesn’t mean it’s not happening.
Trusting yourself is about softening the noise that says you should be farther along. It’s about letting go of the need to map every step before you move. And it’s about listening to that quiet inner wisdom that already knows the way.
So if you’ve been second-guessing or stalling or waiting for more clarity—consider this your invitation.

You don’t need to know it all.
You just need to trust that something inside you already does.
Here’s your invitation this week:
Ask yourself, Where am I being asked to trust myself more deeply?
Let the answer rise. Let it surprise you.
Then take one small aligned action. Then the next. Then the next.
That’s how we build trust. One clear, soulful step at a time.
When this message lands in your inbox, I’ll be in the pasture, deep in the stillness of my Equine Vision Journey retreat with a circle of my VIP clients. The horses will be doing what they do best—calling us home to ourselves. There is something ancient and otherworldly in their presence, something that reaches beneath the surface and speaks directly to the soul. They see beyond the masks. They listen without words. They become mirrors for the truths we’ve forgotten but are ready to remember. Trust takes on a whole new shape in their company—more instinct, more embodiment, more breath.
If this speaks to your heart and soul, you should know that one of my greatest joys is holding space for these kinds of sacred encounters—whether through a quiet, personalized mini-retreat or a one-on-one coaching session out among the herd. These moments are spacious, soul-filled, and deeply catalytic. If your spirit leans in at the mention of this, follow that nudge. Drop me a note—I’d love to tell you more.
