One of the greatest privileges of my work is witnessing my clients and past clients step into meaningful leadership and bring forward work that has the power to shape how we lead and live.

Today, I’m honored to highlight Renelle Everett Darr, who has stepped into the role of North America Ambassador for The Leadership Circle, reflecting her deep commitment to this work and how she leads.
The Leadership Circle is a global leadership development organization known for its research-based assessments, coaching, and frameworks that help leaders grow from the inside out, integrating how they think, lead, and show up in the world.
Renelle’s work centers on developing people, teams, and organizations in ways that create meaningful, lasting shifts.
In my work, we define what I call a One Message for the World—a thought leadership declaration that a woman is here to lead with.
Renelle’s is this:
“When we heal ourselves, we will heal our systems.”
She brings a strong focus to the connection between inner work and outer leadership. How we see, how we hold perspective, and how we show up directly shape the environments and systems around us.
She describes this as upstream work that can shift so many downstream challenges we find our world in.
Her vision is clear. More people engaging in this depth of development and creating change that reflects not only in themselves, but across teams, organizations, and the broader systems they touch.
This is the kind of leadership that creates a new way forward.
I’m continually inspired by the clients and past clients I have the privilege to work with and witness as they step into their next level of authority and influence.
