One of the greatest privileges of my work is witnessing my clients and past clients step into meaningful leadership and bring forward work that raises their voice and expands their impact in the world.
This series, Movement Makers in Action, is a reflection of that.
Today, I’m honored to highlight Paula Friedland, who is on a mission to expand the reach of Soul Speaks, a body of work she developed and has been teaching for over 20 years.
Her work has been shaped over decades of helping her clients find and free their voice. She has seen how often people hold back from speaking or being fully themselves, whether on stage or in their everyday lives, and she is committed to changing that.
In my work, we define what I call a One Message for the World—a thought leadership declaration that a woman is here to lead with.
Paula’s is this:
“It’s more important to find your voice than to find your words.”
Through her work, her clients begin to free their voice across all areas of their lives. As that happens, they show up more fully, speak with greater clarity, and lead in a way that reflects who they truly are. This work creates movement not only in their businesses, but across every area of their lives.
Her vision is simple and powerful. Voices amplified in the world. And as that happens, the ripple effect is undeniable.
One of my favorite things I do each year is collaborate with Paula in our Soul Speaks from the Stage retreat, a powerful experience we created together and have now led for eight years.
I’m continually inspired by the clients and past clients I have the privilege to work with and witness as they step into their next level of authority and influence.
