One of the greatest privileges of my work is witnessing my clients and past clients step into meaningful leadership and bring forward work that supports how women build and grow their businesses.
This series, Movement Makers in Action, is a reflection of that.
Today, I’m excited to highlight Jessica Millhiser, who has created an Operations Health Check, an internal structure audit designed to help growing service-based businesses strengthen how they operate and grow.
She works closely with service-based business owners to strengthen the internal structure that supports their growth.
In my work, we define what I call a One Message for the World—a thought leadership declaration that a woman is here to lead with.
Jessica’s is this:
“Structure creates freedom.”
She created this audit to help business owners analyze the back-end of their business and get a clear pulse on what is working and what is not.
The back-end of a business often gets ignored. Her work brings attention to what is happening behind the scenes and helps people identify where to focus first. The audit gives insight into what needs to be addressed and how to prioritize next steps.
Her work is for service-based business owners who are ready to grow more sustainably and look at their business more holistically.
She helps business owners build and grow their businesses more intentionally, with a clear understanding of how their back-end structure impacts that process. A business with a solid foundation creates the space for more time, more flexibility, and a more aligned way of working.
She reframes how business owners think about structure. Structure does not have to feel rigid. It can be implemented in a way that supports the business model, the definition of success, and the life someone is creating.
Structure creates space. It allows business owners to focus on what truly lights them up. It supports sustainable growth in a way that is customized and aligned to their specific needs.
I’m continually inspired by the clients and past clients I have the privilege to work with and witness as they step into their next level of authority and influence.
