One of the greatest privileges of my work is witnessing my clients and past clients step into meaningful leadership and bring forward work that has the power to shape how organizations operate and evolve.
This series, Movement Makers in Action, is a reflection of that.
Today, I’m honored to highlight Jen Thompson, who is currently supporting multiple large organizations, including a technology company, a city government, and a worldwide staffing firm, with their organizational transformations across people, processes, and technology, serving business leaders and their team members.
In my work, we define what I call a One Message for the World—a thought leadership declaration that a woman is here to lead with.
Jen’s is this:
“Desire is your force. Transformation is your choice. Evolution follows. Evolution begins the moment you choose desire over fear.”
Her work is grounded in decades of experience helping organizations address inefficiency and a deep commitment to supporting people with transformational change. Her mission is to help business leaders cultivate positive and sustaining change, helping organizations become more effective and efficient and less wasteful with valuable resources, including people, money, and time.
Her client services include post-merger integration, integration management office leadership, project management office maturity and optimization, organizational change management, and strategic planning and execution.
She focuses on business leaders and their team members, helping leaders see the value in and empower their teams while creating more effective and efficient approaches to their work and reducing wasted resources across people, money, and time.
She also brings an important reminder to this work. People do not have to go through change alone, and change, transformation, and evolution take time and are deeply personal processes.
In addition to her consulting work, Jen is the Owner and President of Women of Mergers and Acquisitions, a global community that connects and elevates women in the M&A space, supporting their visibility, leadership, and growth.
