One of the greatest privileges of my work is witnessing my clients and past clients step into meaningful leadership and bring forward work that supports women in reclaiming their voice and stepping into their next chapter.
This series, Movement Makers in Action, is a reflection of that.
Today, I’m honored to highlight Claudia Noriega-Bernstein, who recently launched her new workbook, “Empowered Journey: Overcoming Challenges and Embracing Abundance,” a guided resource that helps women reflect, gain clarity, and reconnect with the abundance that already exists within them. She also recently launched the 5th anniversary edition of her book Brighter Days, a best-selling book that reached #1 Amazon new release status in multiple categories.
Her work is focused on women navigating midlife who are reconnecting with who they truly are. Many are experiencing anxiety, feeling invisible, or questioning earlier life choices. Through her coaching and personal journey, Claudia has seen what becomes possible when women pause, reflect, and rediscover their voice, purpose, and sense of abundance.
In my work, we define what I call a One Message for the World—a thought leadership declaration that a woman is here to lead with. Claudia’s is this:
“Don’t shrink to fit.”
Her work supports women, especially mothers in midlife, who feel overwhelmed or disconnected after years of caring for others. It creates space for them to reconnect with their inner strength and begin building a life that feels aligned and meaningful.
Claudia is also the host of the award-winning podcast “Don’t Shrink to Fit,” which received the Women in Podcasting Award (2025) in the coaching category and the 50 Over 50 Award (2025), presented by Jen Hardy.
