One of the greatest privileges of my work is witnessing my clients and past clients step into meaningful leadership and bring forward work that helps purpose-driven people amplify their message and increase their impact.

Today, I’m honored to highlight Becca Cooper Leebove, founder of ShuBu Creative Group, who is helping purpose-driven companies elevate their visibility, credibility, and influence through the power of public relations.
In my work, we define what I call a One Message for the World—a thought leadership declaration that a woman is here to lead with. Becca’s is this:
“Your Story Is Your Power. It’s Time to Use It.”
Becca works with entrepreneurs in the $1M–$10M range and mid-sized companies from $50M to $150M+ in industries including healthcare, senior living, and real estate development. Many have already built strong brands and solid marketing foundations and are ready for the next level of visibility, credibility, and influence.
She believes every person has a purpose. But purpose without presence doesn’t create impact.
After more than 20 years in marketing, branding, and communications, Becca has come full circle back to her roots in public relations. What began as an add-on service within her agency quickly became one of the reasons clients chose ShuBu Creative Group. Time and again, she heard that her firm’s PR capabilities set them apart.
That realization led her to lean into what had always been part of her professional DNA. After graduating from the Journalism School at the University of Colorado Boulder, she began her career through a series of PR internships before ultimately building a successful career in marketing and branding. Throughout that journey, she maintained a PR mindset and a passion for helping people tell their stories in clear and impactful ways.
As AI continues to reshape how people search for information, published media and trusted third-party sources are becoming increasingly important. The stories, interviews, articles, and media placements that PR generates are now helping shape how individuals and companies show up when people turn to AI-powered search tools for answers.
Her belief is simple: in a world flooded with AI-generated content, the brands that win are the ones people can find and trust.
PR has always built trust. Today, it also builds findability.
