We just wrapped our 7th year of Soul Speaks from the Stage, and I’m still holding the beauty of what was shared, witnessed, and claimed. This weekend always feels like a turning point. A remembering. A rising.
This body of work is a collaboration seeded years ago. Paula Friedland brings her gift of guiding people to quiet the thinking mind and let their true voice rise. I bring the storytelling and message embodiment practices that help shape those truths into powerful, memorable messages that connect, move, and catalyze.
Together, this fusion unlocks something extraordinary.
It’s not about polished delivery or performing from a script. It’s about letting go. It’s about trusting the voice that lives just beneath the surface and allowing it to take the mic. And when that happens, when a woman speaks from her soul – not from her head – something begins to shift. Not just for her, but for everyone in the room.
What moves me most is the culmination of the stories shared on Day 3. They are nothing short of breathtaking. Paula and I always find ourselves at the back of the room, elbowing each other, whispering “Oh my gosh… can you believe that one?” The stories are powerful, raw, and unforgettable.
But what makes them so magnetic is the light that pours through each woman as she speaks. You can feel the shift. The masks drop. The hesitation fades. And what’s left is radiance. Not the kind you polish or practice – the kind that’s always been there, finally given space to rise.
Perhaps most meaningful and joyful for me is witnessing the women I’ve worked with over time elevate into a new expression of leadership. They carry themselves differently. They own the room in a whole new way. Their message becomes magnetic. Their presence expands. And they start to show up not just as experts in their field, but as true thought leaders and guides. They influence more. They trust themselves more. They lead from a deeper place. And that ripple – into their business, their clients, their communities – is undeniable. It’s a becoming.

Over the years, I’ve watched how this experience becomes a portal. My clients emerge clearer, bolder, more rooted in their sacred calling. Their businesses shift. Their brands evolve. They show up differently. More visible, yes… but more importantly, more true.
They stop just talking about their work, and start being their work.
They step into a new level of leadership, not from effort or striving, but from deep alignment. They become movement makers. Change agents. Carriers of medicine the world so deeply needs.
If you want to check out a few of the stories told last weekend, you can catch them here.
So this week, I’m inviting you to consider:
Where are you still holding back your light?
What might be possible if you let yourself be fully seen – not someday, but now?
This is the work I believe in. This is the ripple I want to keep sending out into the world.
Because when a woman rises in her voice, her presence, and her purpose, she lifts us all.
