This past weekend, I had the honor of gathering with my clients at our annual Soul Speaks from the Stage speaker training. There is something sacred that happens when we come together in the same room. I get to witness women step into their presence and power in real time. I see their voices steady. I see their stories land. I see the moment when they realize they are ready for bigger rooms.
While most of my client work happens online, I host three in-person experiences each year: Soul Speaks from the Stage, the Equine Vision Journey Retreat and the Alchemy Business Retreat. And of course, the Extraordinary Women Ignite Conference brings an even larger circle of women together.
Each one carries its own rhythm and intention, yet they all share the same heartbeat. They are designed to deepen connection. Connection with self. Connection with one another. Connection with the deeper why behind my clients’ businesses.
In-person experiences accelerate trust in a way that is powerful and lasting. When we gather, a collective resonance begins to form. I have learned over the years that exactly the right women join together in every circle. Courage builds and expands around us. We witness and celebrate breakthroughs together, fully present for each one.These shared moments create bonds that ripple far beyond the event itself. They elevate the work we do together long after everyone returns home.
Here are a few ways I intentionally deepen relationships within my communities:
- Making space to speak from the heart and soul
I love to create environments where women are invited to share what is real. Their vision. Their doubts. Their desires. Their becoming. When a woman speaks from her center and is fully witnessed, something shifts. She trusts herself more. The room trusts her more. And I get to support her at a much deeper level because I truly know her.
- Storytelling as a bridge
Stories create resonance and help us recognize ourselves in one another. At both Soul Speaks from the Stage and the Equine Vision Journey Retreat, storytelling opens a pathway to deeper expression and self-awareness as women give voice to their lived experience. When a woman claims her story, she claims her leadership, and as stories are shared and witnessed, confidence grows and connection deepens across the circle.
- Mirroring that awakens awareness
Women mirror one another in powerful ways. We reflect strength, blind spots, brilliance and possibility back to each other. At the Equine Vision Journey Retreat, the horses mirror us as well, responding to our presence with honesty and immediacy. Through that reflection, women see themselves more clearly and step forward with greater alignment and self-trust.
- Courage building in community
Courage expands in relationship. When one woman takes a brave step, it gives permission for another to do the same. Whether it is stepping onto a stage, leading a horse in reflection at the Equine Vision Journey, or naming a bold business vision at Alchemy, these moments build a collective field of strength. I watch women rise together, and the trust between us deepens because we have walked through growth side by side.
- Truth-telling with compassion
Growth requires honesty. In these retreats and trainings, we practice saying what is true about where we are and where we are going. We speak about the business we are building and the life we are choosing. We name the next level of leadership we are stepping into. Truth builds intimacy. It also builds clarity. And clarity strengthens every client relationship
What I have found over the years is that relationships deepen when women feel seen, heard and valued in their full complexity. When they feel safe to experiment, expand and express. When their ambition and their humanity are equally honored
These gatherings touch something deep in me. They remind me why I do this work in the first place. Business grows through relationship, through shared experience, through the kind of connection that stays with you long after the room empties. I feel it when women open their hearts, when they stand taller in their truth, when they see themselves reflected in one another. From that kind of resonance, momentum builds. From that kind of intimacy, impact expands. When women gather with intention, something sacred moves through the space and growth unfolds in a way that feels alive, grounded and true
Over the past 17 years of coaching, I have seen again and again how spaces like these shape the deepest, longest-lasting relationships with my clients. This is where true Know LOVE and Trust takes root and grows. I genuinely fall in love with the remarkable women I have the privilege to support. Watching them rise into their next level of leadership, expand their work and lead the movements they feel called to create fills me with a kind of joy that is hard to put into words. It is an honor to walk beside them as they step more fully into who they are here to be.
