Three simple words. I hear them over and over again. From wildly successful women deep into their career, in the realm of what is considered from the outside, the most successful time of her life. And she says to me, “I feel lost.”
Our forties and fifties are a glorious time of our life! Let’s face it ladies, we’re wiser to life! We can choose not to play in the bullshit and decide who we want to play with. We’ve paid our dues. This morning I awoke to freshly cut rows of grass hay in the mountain field next to my house. As I reflect in gratitude on the whole week, I am thankful for the ways I have been able weave Yes-to-Me into the flow of my life.

What is sprouting in your playground of your life this Spring? Are you listening to your heart and intuition? How are you saying “Yes to YOU?” On this Spring Equinox, take a few moments today to get out in nature for a walk to listen to your inner voice.
