There’s a reason so many women are hearing a calling right now.
The way business has been done, pushing harder, moving faster, always trying to prove, is losing its grip. A bigger shift is underway.
After having conversations with hundreds of women these past few months about what’s happening in their businesses, it was refreshing to hear how many have already chosen a different way of showing up. They are simplifying. They are letting go of offers that no longer fit. They are tuning back into the heart of their work and finding new ways to bring their gifts forward. Some are even exploring more nomadic ways of working, creating businesses that can travel with them and support the life they most want to live.
One woman told me, “I’m getting back to what I love: coaching and connecting. Not all the noise, just what actually moves people.” Another said, “For the first time in a long time, my business is actually aligned with the life I want to live.”
Of course, the women I spoke with were in many different places. Some are in a season of recalibration or planting new seeds that will take time to grow. And yet, what I found so hopeful was how many are beginning to notice real shifts as they pause to listen and make soul-led choices. For some, that shows up as renewed energy and inspiration. For others, it’s clearer offers, deeper client connections, or even fresh growth emerging in the midst of a noisy marketplace.
I spoke with women who shared that by slowing down to realign, they were surprised to see new growth, one person even doubling their revenue in some cases after a slower year. Others described the relief of releasing offers that no longer felt alive and then watching fresh programs fill with clients they loved working with. Some celebrated raising their prices, creating more breathing room by adding team members, or finally stepping onto the stages and podcasts they had envisioned for years.
One reflected with joy, “I’ve created a business model I actually love. It feels profitable and peaceful.” Another said with conviction, “I’m no longer outsourcing my authority. That’s the real breakthrough.”
These stories don’t represent every path, but they do point to what becomes possible when women pause long enough to hear their own calling… and have the courage to follow it.
What I heard in these conversations is that this moment is not about doing more, it is about listening differently. Renewal begins when we stop long enough to hear what is calling us forward. It is in the pause that new vision takes root, in the stories that remind us of who we are, in the values that anchor us, and in the choices that shape what comes next.
If you are feeling that call to do business differently, here are some reflections to guide you, invitations to listen more deeply on the soulful side and to act with sharper intention on the strategy side.
- On the soulful side, you can ask yourself:
- When have I felt most alive in my business this year? What was I doing, and how can I create more of that?
- Which values feel most important to guide my decisions right now? Am I honoring them in how I work and what I offer?
- What stories do my clients share when they talk about their biggest wins with me? What do those stories reveal about the impact I want to amplify?
- On the strategy side, you might reflect on:
- Where can I simplify? What offers, commitments, or activities no longer feel aligned?
- Which of my offers create the best results for my clients and the most energy for me? Can I bring sharper focus there?
- Does my marketing ecosystem build trust and nurture relationships in a consistent way? What small step could I take this week to strengthen it?

This is not one single path. It’s a larger movement of women choosing to answer the call to do business differently, each in their own way.
Because when women step into this renewal, they don’t just change their own businesses. They change the very shape of business itself. That is the energy we’ll be gathering at Extraordinary Women Ignite this November.
Ignite is where women come to listen to their calling, refine their vision, and rise into the next season of business growth with both soul and strategy. When women step into this renewal, they don’t just change their own businesses. They change the shape of business itself.
So I’ll leave you with this: What are you being called to do differently right now?
Join us at Ignite and step into this powerful moment of possibility with extraordinary women by your side.
