There is a new energy moving through my conversations lately, and I know many of you are feeling it too. Women are choosing growth that feels meaningful, spacious, and aligned with the work they feel called to lead. They are ready for business models that support their life, their wisdom, and the impact they want to make.
What I am seeing is a wave of women stepping into their next level with intention and a deeper connection to their mission. It feels steady. It feels grounded. It feels true.
This was the pulse of Ignite. A room full of women releasing old expectations and rising into their work with mission and presence. The shift was electric.
And I believe this is the direction we are being called toward in this season of our businesses.

And perhaps it is no coincidence that we are moving out of the year of the Snake and into the year of the Fire Horse. The Snake helped us shed, simplify, and release what no longer fits. It cleared space.
